Refund policy

We stand by our quality products and our customers. If for any reason it becomes necessary to return a product, the customer is required to receive prior written authorization from the offices of Shop Saver Express.

Authorization will be issued by Shop Saver Express in the form of an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Said authorization must accompany product returned to Shop Saver Express.

Transportation charges are the responsibility of the shipping party unless previously stated by Shop Saver Express. Once received, returned merchandise will be examined and tested by Shop Saver Express before making any determination for credit. 

The customer has 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition the customer received it.

The customer item must be in the original packaging.

NOTE: Shipping charges are non refundable. There is a $5.00 restocking fee on orders being returned that received FREE shipping.
