JohnDow 6-218 OE TPMS Replacement Valve is a direct-fit service replacement for the Sprinter valve stem valve on Dodge Sprinter (OE cross-reference 1098K, 92-1170).
OEMs require the TPMS valve-stem service components to be replaced every time the tire is serviced. Install to the manufacturer's specified torque.
